Key job responsibilities• Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy to C-Level, SVP/VP-Level and influencers/decision makers of all sizes within the agency and be able to handle complex discussions • Create and execute cross-team project plans • Develop commercial structures to create incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions with a focus on video centric solutions • Lead education and enablement of key agency functions including delivery of training, roadshows, summits and other agency-wide events • Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders which drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products • Lean into key advertisers at the agency to increase revenue across multiple Amazon Ads products • Liaise with global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships • Report on program and project progress and status consistently and in a transparent way • Work across multiple resources and orchestrate multiple activities at once to get things done We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Toronto, ON, CANPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSDisplaying a consultative style, candidates must be excellent communicators, experienced at operating to C-Level with agencies and advertisers, and able to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams. In addition, candidates should be comfortable with complex data sets and have the ability to invent and simplify for customers. A strong knowledge of the video and programmatic trading landscape is important.
