DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a Data Center Engineering Operations Cluster Manager to serve as a technical leader within Amazon data centers. The position will help ensure the safety, security, availability, and reliability to meet or exceed defined service level agreements of data center operations. The Data Center Engineering Operations Cluster Manager is responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of all electrical, mechanical, and HVAC equipment within the data centers. This role will assist in maintaining high reliability and performance while keeping the operating costs of the facilities at a minimum. This equipment supports mission-critical servers and must maintain better than 99.9999% uptime. The Data Center Engineering Operations Cluster Manager will collaborate with peer leaders globally on continuous improvement efforts within the organization. This role leads the team that acts as Amazon’s front line when it comes to electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting.
