As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Boeing Embedded Software team and will lead a team of software engineers. The Software Engineering team will be primarily responsible for developing and managing complex avionics systems. Join us in powering the progress of global aerospace.Boeing is currently seeking to recruit a Senior Labor Relations Advisor to be based in Bangalore, India.This role offers a great mix of strategy and "hands on" work, for a passionate person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and who takes pride in their relationship building and facilitation skills.Position Responsibilities:Providing sound, pragmatic advice and guidance to the business on employee relations matters, including the interpretation and application of industrial instruments,Take carriage of and provide advice and guidance to the business on the management of disputes and workplace issues,Co-ordinate and assist in the planning, preparation, and management of any EBA negotiations,Support management in their dealings with employee representative bodies,Lead and support business transformation/change projects,Liaison with internal legal counsel for the drafting of Employment/Industrial documentation,Drive, coordinate and administer the organization's consultative forums,Develop and facilitate training for first line Managers in conjunction with the broader human resources team,Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):A bachelor's degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATIONProven experience in supporting and advising on organizational transformation and change programs,Minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar Employee Relations role in a large, complex organization.Strong working knowledge of relevant employment/industrial laws and experience with containment / positive employee relationsProven experience in understanding and interpreting Industrial Instruments and EBAsSubstantial experience in dealing with unions and employee representatives.Ability to think strategically in the context of the whole enterprise.Strong stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Tertiary qualifications in law, human resource management or a related field preferred.Typical Education & Experience:Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 16+ years' related work experience or master's degree with 15+ years of experience with an equivalent combination of education and experience.Export Control Requirements: Not an export control positionEqual Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer.
