We are looking for a " Application DBA " for one of our esteemed Clients forBangalore Location.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide support to business and internal function to ensure smooth operation of business.Provide regular database maintenance and tuning.Liaise with business users and internal stakeholders to identify business requirements and work with IT teams to ensure flawless operational support.Work closely with multiple internal and vendor teams to successfully deliver projects on time.Provide support in enterprise:wide system implementations.24×7 dba support in ROTA(Rotational Shift System).Primary and Secondary Model Operating Style. Eg Oracle APPS DBA is primary responsibility at Expert Level and NonOracle Databases DBA is secondary responsibility at L1. For Non Oracle Database DBA on the job training is provided so that candidate can provide Level 1 support.REQUIREMENT:Experience of 3 to 5 years as applications DBA.Experience in Oracle Apps DBA support activities in Apps (Release 12.1.x and 12.2.x) environments, clear understanding of Architecture, day to administration, installation, configuration.R12.2 Application and database Cloning and Patching (adop).Good knowledge in Troubleshooting and resolving any Application and database issues.Must be well versed with AD utilities, concurrent managers, workflow and other EBS components.Performance tuning and Diagnosis at DB and apps Level.APPS DBA knowledge and hands on exposure in Single Node and Multi Node environments.Migration of Oracle Applications to different platforms on:premise and to Cloud.Hands on skills in partitioning, tuning and diagnostics in an Oracle environment.Good understanding of database migration and schema migration activities.Working experience on RAC database environment.Hands on working Knowledge UNIX and other Operating System utilities.Working experience in Weblogic administration.Hands on Knowledge of System Administration to reasonable level.RDBMS exposure like Backups, Recoveries, RMAN.Co:ordinate, troubleshoot, resolve issues and deal with SR's and get the issues resolved.Must be a good team player with good documentation practices and flexible to handle.

The Operations Manager, IN 3P Central, is responsible for driving compliance culture through risk and mitigation actions, centrally managing the 3P SC Network Performance by ensuring process improvements and apt review models, and handling commercial negotiations and loss recovery with 3P Partners in coordination with Procurement & SLP. The role holder will also execute Site Launches/Closures end to end including site visits, shortlisting and transitions. She/he will ensure the readiness of all sites for ART events through leading and lagging indicators measurement and workforce hiring & training coordination. Additionally, she/he will strategize to enhance 3P SC's standardization capabilities to align with ATS and other geographies. Key job responsibilities• Risk Mitigation and Compliance: Identify risks and develop mitigating initiatives related to compliance by engaging with the TRC and 3P Partner for timely audits, identification, documents verification and CAPs. Drive a culture of compliance with partners to ensure zero breach of contracts. Ensure adequate festival and unplanned contingency planning in coordination with CF, MPO and Partner.• Network Performance Management: Oversee and manage the 3P Middle Mile Network Performance, collaborating with MPO, L&D and 3P Partners across 14 3P Sort Centers in IN. CF and NOC. • Commercial Analysis for FCF: Own commercials through detailed analysis, working in close coordination with the Procurement team to achieve mutually beneficial costs and agreements. Develop benchmarking for indirect and direct cost elements. • Billing account management: Ensure budget planning for partner accounts are completed in coordination with Finance. Share purchase requisitions and orders are available as per SLA, with partner and mitigate cash flow risks. • Loss Recovery Mechanism: Develop and implement stringent recovery mechanisms like automated reports, standard deep dive formats and reviews to minimize losses and improve overall operational efficiencies.• New Launches, Closures, Initiatives and SOP Design: Drive the formulation and implementation of new program launches, design SOPs, and develop scalable long-term initiatives in coordination with MPO, partner, central flow and ACES. Drive initiatives to stay ahead of IN or other geo industry trends and adapting to changing customer demands.
