Recoveries Consultants are the knowledge pool of the Recoveries department and report to the Recoveries Manager. They are responsible for conducting the necessary checks on all recoveries. They must be available as a contact point within the department and be fully aware of the recovery process and workflow with the ability to identify and repair flaws in the Groupon payments process. This role requires that the individual work closely with multiple departments across Groupon, as they explore and attempt to recover the financial loss to Groupon. The Recoveries Consultant must demonstrate good negotiation skills, the ability to handle difficult conversations and core decision-making skills whilst being driven to increase the department's contribution to the bottom line.
