This role requires in-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2008/12/16, Active Directory, Hyper-V, VBS and PowerShell scripting languages, LDAP, TCP/IP, NTP, DNS, IIS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP and SSL/TLS. The individual must take ownership of maintenance activities, incident and problem management to meet or exceed established service level agreements. In this role, the administrator will interact with internal, customer, and third-party teams for troubleshooting of configuration, integration and deployment activities.
