Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects- 3+ years of relevant experience in a data analyst or statistical analysis role (can work as internal BA/BIE for team)- Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight
