Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in supporting and maintaining Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite HCM applications in a production environment. Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows, including core HR, payroll, benefits administration, talent management, and employee self-service. Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configuration, customization, and integration using tools such as Oracle HCM Data Loader, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for querying and analyzing Oracle HCM database tables and writing custom reports. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
