This includes performing routine checks, identifying, and escalating issues to support engineers as needed. The MIM Engineer role involves managing shifts and mentoring Associate engineers. Serve as first point of contact for any IT infrastructure:related incidents. The MIM Engineer is responsible for identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate support teams. In the event of an incident, they must be able to quickly identify the root cause of the problem and work with other teams to implement a resolution.Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change::Monitoring IT Service performance, analyze alerts, and respond to incidents promptly.:Maintain detailed documentation of IT configurations, procedures, and incident responses.:Provide support during critical situations and participate in on:call rotations for 24/7 coverage.:Design, Enhance and Document the processes. Assist in ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Request):Generate reports on network and Server performance, incidents management, and improvements for management review.:Coordinate with other teams to address and resolve IT Service incidents efficiently.:Work closely with other IT teams, and stakeholders to address IT:related challenges.:Conduct regular checks, updates, and maintenance tasks to keep the network infrastructure operational.:Develop and maintain knowledge base and responsible for mentoring and training junior engineers.:Provide feedback on processes and make recommendations on areas to improve.Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a DifferenceEssential for your Success: We understand that everyone has followed unique career paths, gaining valuable knowledge along the way. Dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes : apply anyway Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills.:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.:Minimum 4:6 years' experience in Network Operation Center (NOC), IT call center handling, IT service delivery or related.:Experience in IT incident report preparation and hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues.:Knowledge in common Infrastructure : Network, Server, Database, Application):Expertise in monitoring tools ITSM (ServiceNow) and New Relic Monitoring tool experience is advantage. :Good verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a team, possess cross:culture experience, project management skills.:Able to
