Amazon’s Finance Operations Payroll team has an immediate opening for a seasoned Program Delivery Manager (PDM), whose experience illustrates a clear ability to drive business decisions based on data analytics, manage stakeholder engagements, and drive complex projects to meet medium and long-term business needs.The Program Delivery Manager is self-driven, and goal-oriented leader with a focus in delivering business solutions that meets the users’ needs. Payroll industry expertise is preferred.The Program Delivery function is within the Payroll team (Finance Operations) and as such this position will work with Leadership in Payroll Operations as well as Vendor Management (VM) and Operational Excellence (OE) functions within Payroll to build and maintain programs and will support managing regional and country payroll project portfolios, stakeholder engagement, management of dependencies of interrelated projects, expanding regional and country specific knowledge base.
