Join our inclusive IT team and you'll help create meaningful employee experiences that drive memorable customer experiences.TTEC is seeking a Pega Robotics Quality EngineerResponsibilities:* Lead a testing effort for the RPA through the full software development lifecycle.* Generate level of effort estimates to feed schedule and feasibility discussions.* Work with various business team on process improvements.* Ensure releases are properly tested while meeting schedule commitments.* Coordinate pre-deployment testing.* Design and execute functional test plans and scripts.* Work closely with the support team to answer, reproduce and solve production issues.* Execute test plans and scripts.* Review and analyze test results.* Perform troubleshooting of identified software or system defects.* Document final test procedures and test completion.Experience:* At least 3-5 years of experience in RPA testing including scripting /coding, SQL and knowledge of relational databases.* Robotics Process Automation project experience with one or more RPA technologies e.g., Pega. Test Automation knowledge is mandatory.* Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation of it.* Experience in using various automation components e.g. Pega Robot Manager, Bot creator/Studio, Bot Runner etc.* Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.* Strong experience with different SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc)* Experience in standard testing methodologies and tools like ALM, JIRA, Rally is mandatory.
