Manage a team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members.Required skills and capabilities: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience. Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus, but not required Minimum of 5 years of experience in data quality, data governance, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role Strong understanding of data quality principles, methodologies, and tools.
