The individual should have excellent document writing, data-analysis, and MS excel skills.The level of ambiguity in this role requires the individual to assess and collaboratively determine the best strategies of operational excellence and coherence between multiple inter-dependent functions. The role provides extensive learning opportunities within the realm of Data Centre industry and the individual is expected to be well versed (or willing to learn) in tech-level nuances across the functions of electrical, mechanical, IT, and computer science. This role will cover a wide range of deliverables - from strategic contracts management to input on day-to-day operations. This position will be responsible for the service deliveries including the ones through service partners & vendors supporting the services. This position will also be responsible to have a close check on the operational expenditure to maintain the same within budget and also expected to explore and drive initiatives on improving efficiency, cost and overall turnaround time. This position will liaise with the business teams, procurement, finance, legal, vendors, tax, security, EHS etc. to support the overall site business operations.Project Manager will be responsible for (i) Execution of review cadences within IN Infra Ops, (ii) Spearheading projects around the global best practices and implementing them within Infra Ops, (iii) Identifying key strategic opportunities that exist within the ecosystem and utilize their SME knowledge to implement the same, and (iv) leveraging stakeholders to deliver collectively as Infra Ops teams.Key job responsibilities• Collaborate with site Facility Managers, HR, Legal, Safety, Security, Finance and EHS to ensure that all sites are business compliant. Conduct quarterly audits, document findings and drive/ assist action plans for prompt closure. • Develop, cultivate and own key relationships with third party service providers and vendors except for MEP services.
