The PMC Services will be led out of India with personnel deployed in Mumbai region, the project sites in India, as well as several key contractor locations across India. The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. Both scopes are substantial with multi:million job:hours estimated across both scopes.Summary:Manages the contracts function for a project from inception through completion. Functional scope includes development of the project contracts strategy, administration of the prime contract between Bechtel and its Customer, (sub)contract formation, (sub)contract administration, and claims.
