DESCRIPTIONSr Site Lead role enables to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality of data across multiple Amazon products and services and is part of a larger global team. This role is accountable for the overall direction, scaling and operations of our site, creating a culture of customer obsession, high performance and high quality throughput - leading to scaling of this organization, owning consistent delivery of results against the organizational objectives. With Sr. Operations Managers, Ops Mgrs and Team Managers as direct and indirect reports, this role enables the achievement of service levels, performance, productivity and cost goals and successful program implementation. The Sr Site Lead is responsible for the performance management, goal setting and career development of their line reports to ensure effective succession planning is in place. S(he) will be expected to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution and solid cross-functional collaborative results-oriented work.
