Ensure all the eligible employees are Goal are set in the systemEnsure all the eligible employees & their L1 managers complete the Mid Year Performance Review assessment in the systemEmployee self assessment, Manager assessment and Reviewer assessment to be completed in the system by 15th March 2025Prepare and maintain Merit Increment, Salary Correction & Performance bonus calculation Appraisal Master FileKeep a track of rating, promotion & salary correction recommendation of line manager, HOD's and Final changes recommended by Moderation CommitteePrepare increment letters and ensure to roll-out in ekamshare payroll input for payout basis finalisation of the merit process final master fileParticipate and complete Annual salary bench-marking with the consultant (Aon / Deloitte)Fill & share HCM Trend survey data to get the complimentary reportEnsure to review & approve all the new hire offer in the EKAM systemPublish a report on a ongoing basis about the offer trend and deviation identifiedOn an ongoing basis analyse & review compensation / wage bill movementsTake a lead and work on various Comp Projects like sales incentive, productivity, Process improvement etc.Prepare ESOP Grant letter for T band & other employeesManage & Support in all of the ESOP related activities in system as well as offline (Preparing Grant, Exercise, Sale data)The ideal candidate should ome with relevant compensation and beenfits expereince.
