Job Description: The Marketing Content Manager Associate will be vital to the maintenance and upkeep of collateral on the public website across a variety of business lines. With your knowledge of industry & client needs along with exceptional marketing skills, you will steer engagement and business impact through ongoing improvement in delivery quality enabled by digital and data Partner closely with Marketing Business Leads & Line of Business team members to update and refresh collateral assets living on the public website, including, but not limited to articles, biographies, and landing pages. Partner with the Global insights team to prioritize the content that needs to be reviewed, be the point person to compile refresh requests from other teams and work with Insights marketing team to assess if the pieces should be refreshed or set. Maintain a project lifecycle system including timelines for the implementation of changes required to ensure compliance, legal and risk needs are met on regular cadence as informed by marketing leads. Interact with content owners, legal, risk and compliance to ensure all content features consistent, cohesive messaging aligned to brand positioning. Collaborate with web teams and production to ensure accuracy of updates are implemented and live across all assets. Maintain a database and archive of articles and thought leadership that are refreshed and what has expired Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions and channels. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Post Graduate in finance, economics or equivalent preferred with demonstrated experience in the financial services / asset management industry Passionate about insights content impact for continuous improvement Experience in investment / financial writing, with solid understanding of financial, economic and investment concepts, asset management industry, products and customer behavior.
