ROLE Summary: :Analytical testing support to internal/external stakeholders by following established QA procedures and guidelines. RESPONSIBILITIES::Analytical testing support to Raw Materials : Production : Blending etc.:Prepare, standardize, and maintain all standard solutions for QA.:Maintain instruments and equipment for QA. This includes, but is not limited to, Calibration, burette verification, electrode performance checks, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting.:Working in SAP environment.:Takes responsibility regarding safety and analytical data.:Use statistical tools to troubleshoot processes of test/confirm validity issues.:Promote safe work practices through prevention of personal injury, conservation of the environment, and protection of Lubrizol property.:Aid and assist co:workers to work safely by ensuring that safety rules are observed.:Accept instruction/training from Team leaders as well as supervisors, and QA staff. :Follow set procedures of IMS and GMP.:Reporting of nonconformance to team leaders.:Additional duties as assigned.
