The Director should be up:to:speed with the most recent releases of SAP applications and services. The Director will be responsible for leading new integrations as well as maintaining all existing SAP functions. The Director will ideally have experience managing a Global SAP framework across multiple countries for high volume hiring and a large organization employee base. The Director will have strong technical experience in SAP practices and global implementation efforts for future enhancements. Ability to lead the coordination, communication, and integration of suppliers to support the achievement of technical, financial and performance objectives. A thorough understanding of complex high:volume recruiting, payroll and employee management within SAP is essential. This position collaborates closely with multiple departments to manage business needs and customized functionality requirements within SAP.
