The role may be responsible for leading a team of 6+ high performing catalog specialists, generate insights and drive process improvements. The candidate will need to define key team metrics and implement mechanisms to track them at a regular cadence. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver value to the Customer, defining and meeting the overall program scope within timelines, and effectively managing change across work streams. Projects and stakeholders will be in disparate geographic locations, and require strong communication skills to coordinate requirements from customers within teams across your region. You will focus on planning and initiation efforts within the organization, working directly with Sellers to collect requirements, analyze business cases and organize reviews with internal teams.
