Performs accounting functions specifically in the areas of account balancing, ledger reconciliation, reporting and discrepancy resolution.CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required. Assists with managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Responsible for maintaining regulatory requirements. Assists with leading the emergency response team for all facility issues.CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the engineering and maintenance or related professional area; technical training in HVAC-R/electrical/plumbing.
