The API Framework project is built on the Spring Tool Suite (STS) using Java and includes a “decisioning” service built in Node.js. The API Framework provides a set of RESTFul “micro-services” to support our Mobile SDKs (Android, iOS) in order to provide Call Center (Chat, Voice, Email) support for Ttec customers.
