Another stunning chapter for Fairmont Royal York has begun.Job DescriptionThe Housekeeping department at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel maintains 1365 guestrooms and two hundred and twenty-eight thousand square feet of public spaces. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Senior Operations Manager, Housekeeping will be responsible for leading, developing, coaching and training a multi-cultural team to ensure the cleanliness of the hotel, while providing exceptional guest service. The responsibilities involve working as a team, in partnership with the other Housekeeping colleagues, management and non-management, to achieve the departmental vision and goals.
