Here are some other information:Duties may include, but are not limited to:• Works with production teams to offer new functionalities to both our internal and external customers• Prioritizes and manages daily requests• Participates in multiple projects involving multiple departments• Performs a technology watch• Keeps the documentation up-to-date• Provides state-of-the-art support and problem solving Qualifications• 4+ years experience in Linux and Windows server administration• Ideally, completed a BAC or DEC in Computer Science• Must have excellent knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu) systems• Must have excellent knowledge one of these database services: Asterisk / Apache / MySQL• Excellent knowledge of the following services: MS Windows AD / DNS / DHCP / LDAP• Good knowledge of the following technologies: VmWare / SaltStack / VoIP / OSSEC / IDS• Good knowledge of the following languages: Python / PHP• Ability to communicate effectively in French and English• Because of the nature of our work and our industry, the senior system administrator has a flexible schedule and is rotated to monitor servers 24/7 on callEmployment Requirements: TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment.
