THIS IS YOUR ROLE"Job Overview : The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for material planning, revenue tracking, service agreement contract renewals, team leadership, and administrative tasks related to third-party employees.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with the team to develop monthly revenue plans and track progress throughout the month.Manage service agreement contract renewals and track SAC revenue progression.Coordinate with Pondy, US, and Zug factories for material planning and movement.Provide leadership to the Backoffice team members responsible for preparing manual QES and feeding data to SCM team for vendor negotiation and selection.Oversee administrative activities related to third-party employees, including salaries, expense reports, onboarding, and relieving processes.Conduct service reviews with Territories to ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Monthly PPM activity planning and coordination with CCD team.Breakdown calls tracking, following up with Service engineers for closure. Service agreement contract stock review.Qualifications : Electrical or Elctronics background Diploma or Bachelor, preferably MBA in Operations.Proven experience in a customer service or coordination role, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and analyze data accurately.
