Head of Procurement Salary in Pune - PayScale

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will be responsible for:Managing end to end procurement of Electrical Components like MIT, Cabinets, Low voltage switchgear, Generators etc.Identifying the supplier base and strategizing effective plans for using them for the global business requirements.Building and implementing business specific initiatives and measures based on respective commodity strategy.Executing periodic strategic procurement activities -market requirements, negotiations planning, commodity strategy updates, awarding strategy and sourcingThe ideal candidate is a full time engineer with 8-15 years of experience in handling sourcing and procurement of Electrical Components like MIT, Cabinets, Low voltage switchgear, Generators etc. You should have prior experience of working in electrical manufacturing/ industrial automation/ Automotive industries.You should have strong stakeholder management skills and should possess a strong vision towards growth and profitability of the business. You should have hands on experience in managing multiple stakeholder internally as well as externally and have impeccable communication skills.
