AIConversational Design & Implementation team is looking for an experiencedConversational Designer to work alongside Product Managers, Data Analysts, TechLeads, and Business Partners to design and implement conversational experienceson our Chatbot/Virtual Assistant platforms. The ideal candidate is obsessedwith designing and building meaningful and valuable customer experiences, andcan flex from being strategic to tactical and creative to analytical.Responsibilitiesinclude: Working closely with LOB partners throughout the process of designing, deploying, and maintaining the bot conversational experience Partnering with LOB SME’s to understand and assess use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of questions they expect users to ask the Virtual Assistant Designing and implementing the intents and entities that define the conversation interaction - along with the associated dialog flow, business rules, context variables, and so forth Acting as a liaison between the LOB and our AI Product team to ensure that our Virtual Assistant delivers intelligent and intuitive conversations, resulting in a great customer experienceRequired Qualifications 2+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Conversational Design, Data Science, Business Analytics/Insights. BS degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Computer Science Basic understanding of an Artificial Intelligence (AI) first approach, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to enable conversational design technique Thorough understanding of best in class customer-centric designs for artificial intelligence capabilities Experience designing, developing, and deploying conversational virtual assistants Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry trends and business applications Ability to be proactive, innovative, and creative in translating customer needs to meaningful and valuable AI experiences Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
