TTEC is currently searching for an experienced Oracle Financial Senior Developer who has at least two full cycle implementation experience. This analyst will be responsible for requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, and business process improvement and operation support opportunities for TTEC's Financial Systems. The Senior Developer must be a team player and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.Duties & Responsibilities will include:* Maintaining support tickets within SLA for BAU issues in Procurement, Receivable , General Ledger , Expense Workflows , Project Costing and Time Cards* Effective utilization of Oracle Support Service for regular patch update* Responding timely to daily support calls and tickets providing outstanding customer support* Work in agile methodology to fulfill enhancement requests* Troubleshooting of integration interfaces , packages and workflows* Implement technical design based on the functional design document* Participate and contribute in solution architecture for new integration* Ability to understand end-to-end business process and performing Root Cause Analysis* Following AIM / OUM methodology and documentation standard for development* Supporting critical month-end related activities for a global organization structure located in multiple time-zone with the help of ad-hoc query , reports* Technical analysis of critical patch update, RUP patchesBasic Qualifications:* Bachelors required / Masters degree in Systems or Computer Science preferred* Must have development experience (4+ years) with Oracle applications (Finance modules) in Procure to Pay and/or Order to Cash cycle / Record to Revenue* Expertise in Oracle tech stack ( PL/SQL , OAF, ADF, Workflows, BEML )* Extensive development experience in CEMLI development and integration* Extensive development experience in Oracle Forms , Reports , Workflows ( including AME )* Some development experience in oracle application framework development using JDev* Detail understanding of Oracle EBS function security , menu , responsibility* Detail understanding of technical integration between various Oracle modules ( P2P, OTC)* Basic understanding of Oracle financial system architecture* Ability to understand Functional / BR100 document and its implication for custom development* Supporting regression testing for integration with legacy applications* Working knowledge with most Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)* Outstanding customer service and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:* EBS certification for Foundational and/or Advance technical track* Some exposure in performance tuning for EBS application objects* Some functional knowledge in Financial or Human Capital domain* Exposure to Sig-Sigma or any other quality control processEmployment Requirements: TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment.
