Business-Intelligence works on executive priorities and the team exists to enable data driven decision making across the organization. She/he will curate data from multiple data sources for adhoc and recurring insight requests from leadership. Assessing impact of Programs (within Product Education) will be a key deliverable for this role.The role requires timely responses to questions raised by senior leaders. This sometimes requires a flexible working approach working outside standard hours.Must have A bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years' experience in an Analytics team.Causal inference experience using A/B testing or other methodologies.Analysis : A curious mindset that enables to dive deep & fetch insights.Data Preparation : Experience in writing complex database queries in SQL.Visualization : Expert in one or more popular viz tools (Tableau, Power BI etc)Storytelling : Excellent skill of knitting Executive level stories.Ability to quickly learn new tools within Analytics space.An awesome team-player.
