Join our inclusive IT team and you'll help create meaningful employee experiences that drive memorable customer experiences.Responsibilities:• Lead the design and development of the project• Provide ongoing support for project production, and supply post-production support• Solve technical problems using cutting edge technologies and best practices.• Should able to propose different ways to solve the same problem and showcase why one option is better than other.• Ensure all aspects of the technical design are correctly incorporated• Mentor teammates and support them in solving critical challenges• Contribute technical expertise to all projects as required• Contribute in white papers and research as required.Skills:• A Lead UI Developer with 8-10 yrs. hands on UI development experience.• Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3 (SASS, LESS etc. - any), JavaScript, Responsive Development (Media Queries/Bootstrap etc. - any).• Advanced JavaScript, Mobile (Sencha, PhoneGap etc. - any), Templating (Handlebar, Mustache etc. - any), Testing (Mocha-Chai, Karma, Jasmine etc. - any), Node JS, Library (jQuery), MV* (BackboneJS, AngularJS, REACT JS etc. - any), JSON Integration.• Familiarity with linting and/or other code quality tools; Working knowledge of grunt or similar build tools; Knowledge of optimizing CSS/JavaScript performance by coding practices and tools; Experience with CSS pre-processors, preferably Sass.• Experience in doing performance analysis, caching mechanisms, Cross-Platform/Cross-Browser development, Coding best practices (Error-Handling, Memory leaks etc.), Code review, SEO.• Should have knowledge of Linux commands, write, execute Linux commands• The candidate should able to comprehend requirements and provide inputs wherever needed. • Individual with strong analytical and trouble shooting skills for analyzing, troubleshooting and providing solutions.• Well versed with Agile Methodology for project execution.• Should able to communicate effectively within and outside the team verbally and non-verbally (emails, documentation etc.).• Understanding UI Design, Architecture and provide implementation inputs for UI Design and Architecture.• Suggesting solutions, alternatives at app design and architecture level. • Understand requirements and provide inputs. • Analyzing and troubleshooting the issues. Providing solutions adhering to the project standards. • Effective communicator, good team player, individual contributor and good at mentoring/leading.
