The LXD has expert level LXD-skills across ADDIE, adult learning theories, visual experience design and assessment methodologies using rapid authoring tools that can adapt to a range of delivery methods (i.e. in-person or vILT, e-Learning, blended, microlearning such as videos, infographics, job aids, etc.). The LXD leverages this expert skill to optimize procedures and share best practices with less experienced LXDs. The LXD has 3+ year program management experience or 2+ years of experience as a Learning Experience Designer.A LXD uses knowledge and skill to decide which actions to take while leading program level and curriculum-level LXD goals and moderately impacts team goals. A LXD is able to design short-term solutions and deliver independently on defined program strategy, and seeks limited guidance on business problem and solutions. As the Systems Engineer, you will be the primary developer of all Kronos WFC (Workforce Central) WIM integrations, custom reports, and ad hoc SQL query requests. You will be the primary resource for system architecture including but not limited to installations and upgrades.
