You will assume primary responsibility for driving new innovation for global forecasting and headcount/capacity planning. The ideal candidate will possess both an analytical background that enables them to standardize methodologies and data to develop and successfully implement tools, systems and processes that empower the accurate prediction, measurement and reporting of demand forecasting, productivity, headcount, capacity and workforce compliance/adherence. You will be responsible for the long term product strategy and product integration which are on the team's roadmap. You will drive quarterly business reviews across SPS to promote FPR's work, increase stakeholder engagement, onboard new customers and provide a platform for leaders to review advancements made by FPR.
