If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward:thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Data Quality operations engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN:TG), India (IN).We are seeking a highly skilled and detail:oriented individual to join our team as a CMDB Data Quality operations engineer.In this role, you will be responsible for working with our Compute, Storage and Network teams helping to manage and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate and up:to:date information on all business:critical assets.WHAT YOU'LL DO:: Youll provide technical support and assistance around CMDB Management Processes and Tools to infrastructure and operations teams around across the globe.: Manage and maintain the CMDB in accordance with ITIL best practices and ensure accurate tracking of configuration items and their relationships.: Ensure accurate and complete data entry of all assets and configuration item: Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or inconsistencies within the CMDB: Coordinate with various teams to gather asset information and update the CMDB accordingly: Conduct regular audits to verify accuracy and completeness of CMDB data: Develop and implement processes for ongoing data maintenance and improvement: Provide support and training to end:users on CMDB:related processes and proceduresTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:: Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure components: Knowledge of the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite of capabilities, to include Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, etc.: Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets like ServiceNow, including its CMDB module Discovery and other integration related to CMDB population.: Understanding of SNMP, SSH, and WMI based discovery and authentication protocols.: Hands:on experience in troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and IT Asset Management.: Proficiency in ITIL Service Lifecycle Management, armed with ITIL v3/v4 certification.: Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills: Proficiency in data analysis and problem:solving: Ability to work collaboratively with cross:functional teams: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
