The LXD has expert level LXD-skills across ADDIE, adult learning theories, visual experience design and assessment methodologies using rapid authoring tools that can adapt to a range of delivery methods (i.e. in-person or vILT, e-Learning, blended, microlearning such as videos, infographics, job aids, etc.). The LXD leverages this expert skill to optimize procedures and share best practices with less experienced LXDs. The LXD has 3+ year program management experience or 2+ years of experience as a Learning Experience Designer.A LXD uses knowledge and skill to decide which actions to take while leading program level and curriculum-level LXD goals and moderately impacts team goals. A LXD is able to design short-term solutions and deliver independently on defined program strategy, and seeks limited guidance on business problem and solutions.
