The people in the company I work with are great. The team spirit is at the highest level - most everyone likes working in Shoretel. The only drawback is lot of work hours but not a very high salary for it.

Particular work culture with excellent co- workers. The working surrounding is motivating environment, but more attention should be paid to employees and their opportunities.

5 years is enough time to know all the nuances of the company and I think it is a very good place to work, good opportunities of learning new technologies. But the working environment could be stressful. Career opportunities are low

All the employees know their duties perfectly well and they are doing this for many years. Healthy environment with fantastic work culture, good quality managers. Everything is in balance. Ihope to work here for long long long….
