Good organization with a good work-life balance. The management cares about you and your needs. The workplace is also not bad. But it is simply impossible to be promoted here as the competition is great. Do not know whether it is good or not.

Microsoft is certainly a good place to work with good facilities. The mid-level managers are very attentive. The most enjoyable part for me is sports facilities. Among the minuses is no professional growth (but maybe it is just for me?). But in general it is a productive and fun work place

Microsoft is a great company and great place to improve your IT skills. Good salary and good benefits. If you are a technical geek, this is just the company for you. You get a chance to work on the latest innovations before they even appear the market. Among the benefits is health insurance and other benefits are awesome. However, the job security is terrible.

Typically, my functional is the coordination of the staff at the branch. Here I learnt to work in a team, keeping in view the company’s objectives and achieving the goals. I also use my leadership skills and self knowledge in managing the work. The hardest part is the responsibility to work efficiently and the most attractive part is the interaction between my co-workers.

I like to have access to information and like the energy coming from people. The best thing about working in a team is a combination of the great minds from different perspectives and with something extremely great on the contrary to working alone.
