Maybe it will seem strange but the company has nothing to complain about. It is a usual job but with rather good benefits. The colleagues are mostly friendly. The management is okay. You are supplied with the facilities that can ease your job.

HCL Technologies is a perfect company to start your career. It gives you a chance to learn the latest technologies supporting by experience trainers. It also has a good job security. But the salary can be higher due to great responsibilities demanded.

HCL is a very good place to start for those who is dreaming to work in a peaceful atmosphere. They have a rather flexible work culture based on trust. What I liked is the thing that if you complete your task, you can be free at work. There is no any pressure.

When I came to HCL I was a fresher without significant technical trainings. IT was something new for me, although I learnt here a lot thanks to more than 50 calls a day. This helped me in learning the technical process and all new issues. Managers supported me and helped me in my career growth. I even received two promotions within 3 years

I’ve been with the company for 1 year and 2 months already and can admit that the management structure is good here. My coworkers are very helpful and attentive. But the salary is not very high and even the supporting team members and seniors can’t compensate this.
