I have never thought that Facebook is a place where you can learn and not just apply the knowledge you have. Learning opportunities are unparalleled. There are so many informal learning opportunities at the company.

Everyone knows such a company as Facebook, but not everyone knows how open their culture is. Its culture is opener than any other companies I have dealt with. There are numerous wide-level projects, important non-public business issues and they are all discussed openly. Great!
