The main problem of this company as I see it is a poor management. It is not very strong. They also offer small opportunities to advance. The environment is hostile with a lack of leadership. At the same time job expectations are too high for work done.

This is great to deal with various important project, to solve difficult tasks, to be responsible for something. And you get good compensation for the duties well performed and for the responsibility imposed. Great work culture

The company gave me numerous opportunities to show my knowledge. I love my work here because it's full of changes and responsibility. All the projects I have to deal with has a great impact on the firm. Not all the people receive such a great experience in their careers.
