- Conducting primary / secondary research on sectors to develop an in-depth understanding of the sector and form a point of view on investment attractiveness- Identifying attractive investment opportunities for prospecting and detailed assessment- Engaging with founders to understand businesses & business models- Supporting deal assessment, business model evaluation and execution which includes sector research & understanding, analysis, diligence process and transaction documentation- Tracking performance of portfolio companies, the relevant sectors & competition- Working closely with portfolio partners and industry experts to drive initiatives on portfolio value creation- Experience: Candidates with 5-8 years of relevant work experience (private equity, venture capital-growth, investment banking)- Academic Background: CA (AIR's) or MBA from Tier I institutes High preference will be given to candidates with exceptional academic records- Location: Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai (Can shift to Bangalore in the subsequent year if the location is a constraint)
