Equity Research Associate - EU Retail

The EU Equities team is currently looking for a Research Associate to work alongside our Retail Research Analyst to track the sector. The role will include working closely with Portfolio Managers and the Senior Research analyst. The responsibility of this role is to cover a broad base of Retail companies under the direction of the two aforementioned senior persons (including having financial forecasts, and managing interactions with both the company and sell-side analysts). Additionally the person is expected to provide timely macroeconomic, political and company insights. Job Responsibilities :• Track the companies within the EU Retail space.• Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation. Technical excel and modelling skills are essential.• Make relative value comparisons and assist the Senior Research analyst initiate coverage.• Collaborate and communicate with a global network of J.P.
