How will you create an impact? The Content Developer will work closely with several key stakeholders to implement the vision, strategy, development, and growth of a diverse range of competitive, reputable and financially viable portfolios of print and digital products across the Indian region for Test Prep Growth. You will also actively influence and negotiate with authors, SMEs and vendors to integrate market feedback in the development of quality content. A typical day might include: Maintain knowledge of competitor print and digital products for consideration during product development Be strategic in selecting the top customer targets to be involved in crucial stages of product development so that the market is effectively seeded Design and lead training for customers and internal stakeholders to build their product knowledge Effective acquisition, onboarding and coaching of authors/SMEs aligned to business vision and strategy, including training and support for content development in our platforms Manage budgets effectively, coming in under or on budget for all projects Analyse findings and effectively influence authors /SMEs to execute on market feedback for effective product development Be active in championing core technologies and new business platforms to support both internal stakeholders and author/SMEs/Vendor We are looking for someone with: Minimum 2 years of experience in publishing/education/ technology or other relevant industry with a focus on content development and syllabus mapping and a good understanding of Test Prep/K-12 publishing workflow Have good constructive negotiation skills Excellent relationship building skills to solve problems and assist in queries across various stakeholders Great command over English language - written and verbal Minimum educational qualification - Bachelor's Degree Why work with us?At McGraw Hill ,we have a collective passion for the work we do and a curiosity to find new solutions.
