Reporting to the group CS, you will be responsible for :Acting as the first support to Compliance Officer for the REIT and other commercial companies (around 25-30 Companies);Ensuring timely compliance with all REIT Regulations and Policies framed thereunder;Ensuring timely compliance with LODR and other applicable SEBI Regulations;Ensuring compliance with Companies Act and Rules framed thereunder;Handling Quarterly Board and Annual Meetings for the REIT and its Asset SPVs (Presently 10 Companies)Agendas, Minutes, conducting meetings, secretarial standards;Half Yearly and Annual Reports'Statutory filings, Reports, submissions;Stock exchange intimations and compliancesInteractions with RTA for all REIT Unitholder mattersManaging interactions with SEBI, Stock Exchanges and other regulatory agencies;Compliance with Investment Management Agreement;Interactions with Trustee and ensuring all Trust Deed compliances;Ensuring quarterly distributionsCustodian of Insider Trading CompliancesUnitholder Complaint Management and ReportingImplement best governance practicesPutting in processes and policies to ensure best in class governance standards;Work with law firms and Practising CS for consultation on specific matters, OpinionsInterface between secretarial team and rest of the organisation for all REIT mattersIdeally you are a qualified company Secretary with 15+ years of experience. Experience of working in a similar role with a listed company and managed various subsidiaries and stakeholders across levels and functions. Should be well experienced with SEBI Listed Debt Regulations and must have handled listed debt issuances. Individuals from REIT/InVit etc will be preferred
