The EPCM Services for OSBL will be led out of Bechtel's India offices. Both scopes are substantial with multi:million job:hours estimated across both scopes.Summary:Manages the contracts function for a project from inception through completion. Functional scope includes development of the project contracts strategy, administration of the prime contract between Bechtel and its Customer, (sub)contract formation, (sub)contract administration, and claims.
