Your role brings that principle to life.TTEC, a 50,000 employee, global customer experience pioneer, is opening a new information technology and data science center of excellence in Hyderabad where you'll have the opportunity to get in on the groundfloor of this expansion.Our ERP Auditor Duties will include:* Detail understand of Oracle menu, responsibilities , hierarchical structure* Good understanding of SOX and SOD ensuring compliance of the financial system* Ensuring financial compliance for all types of development in the system* Supporting day to day sysadmin tickets ( responsibility assignment, maintaining approval records for audit trail )* Configuration of concurrent requests and scheduling. Monitoring of jobs* Work directly with internal audit for all kind of audit needs* Patch analysis and work with DBA for any system related issues ( standard manager maintenance etc )* Following AIM / OUM methodology and documentation standard for development* Technical analysis of critical patch update, RUP patchesBasic Qualifications:* Bachelors / Masters degree in Systems or Computer Science * 2+ years experience with Oracle EBS applications* Certification for any system compliance is a plus ( SOC1 SOC2 )* Knowledge in Oracle tech stack ( PL/SQL , OAF, ADF, Workflows, BEML )* Working knowledge with most Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio, Outlook, SharePoint)* Outstanding customer service and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:* SOC1 & 2.* Exposure with Oracle GRC or similar tool* Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with peer groupsEmployment Requirements: TTEC requires all employees hired in the India to successfully pass a background check including employment credentials, education, permanent and current address verification and if applicable, immigration and work permit documentation as a condition of employment. For Non Oracle Database DBA on the job training is provided so that candidate can provide Level 1 support.REQUIREMENT:Experience of 3 to 5 years as applications DBA.Experience in Oracle Apps DBA support activities in Apps (Release 12.1.x and 12.2.x) environments, clear understanding of Architecture, day to administration, installation, configuration.R12.2 Application and database Cloning and Patching (adop).Good knowledge in Troubleshooting and resolving any Application and database issues.Must be well versed with AD utilities, concurrent managers, workflow and other EBS components.Performance tuning and Diagnosis at DB and apps Level.APPS DBA knowledge and hands on exposure in Single Node and Multi Node environments.Migration of Oracle Applications to different platforms on:premise and to Cloud.Hands on skills in partitioning, tuning and diagnostics in an Oracle environment.Good understanding of database migration and schema migration activities.Working experience on RAC database environment.Hands on working Knowledge UNIX and other Operating System utilities.Working experience in Weblogic administration.Hands on Knowledge of System Administration to reasonable level.RDBMS exposure like Backups, Recoveries, RMAN.Co:ordinate, troubleshoot, resolve issues and deal with SR's and get the issues resolved.Must be a good team player with good documentation practices and flexible to handle.
