Coaches and impact team member development plans within the department.QualificationsOverall minimum 15 years of experience in Luxury resorts with minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar rolePre Opening exposure, remote location work experience is desirable.Experience of Rajasthan, Udaipur luxury destination Wedding Market is an advantage Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, comfortable taking charge of projects and expanding scope of responsibilitiesOutstanding social & public relation skills to develop strong customer engagement engagement.Great relationships with travel trade, key wedding and mice planners in the country Open to travelling on business upto 10 days in a month.Indian national onlySalary: .
