We are looking for a " Senior Business Analyst "for one of our esteemed Clients for Trivandrum Location.RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the solution architect and SMEs to translate business needs into functional requirements or user stories.Work closely with solution architect all the way to getting required approvals.Constructively challenge requirements to manage expectations and highlight risks/ issues.Effective requirements prioritization, scope definition and business analysis work estimation.Documenting requirements in industry best practice formats.Translating research findings into actionable insights.Requirement:Personal skills:Confident working with all business levels and key decision makers.Is able to work well as part of a team and independently.Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)Outstanding interpersonal skills.Self:motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage work in a changing environment.Keen attention to detail and accuracy.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, MIS, CS, or related major.5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within an IT company in an outsource development model.Prior experience in IT or eBusiness solutions including experience with e:commerce is preferred.Technical proficiency in internet technologies and trends.Understanding of eCommerce internationalization and localization complexities: content in multiple languagesFamiliarity with Agile development processes.Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project planning software.
