This Is Your Role.• 15+ years' experience in Sales preferably with switchgear background of minimum 5 years and 5+ years in people management role. • To enhance market share for SI EP products (Low Voltage Switchgear in Industry norms) in assigned territories from various customer segments e.g. End user, OEMs, LV Panel Manufacturers, Retail & Building. • Responsible to achieve defined annual business KPIs (Order Income, Revenue, Price improvement etc)• Business segment wise, Group wise annual sales planning and carry out various product promotional activities and implementation of sales strategies in coordination with business unit. To prepare action plan and to monitor outcome along with team on a monthly / quarterly basis. • Identifying opportunities / growth areas of the region, monitoring and extending timely support to team to generate revenue.• Sales systematic & reporting in CRM tool - Regular review of business progression at office / group level, Opportunity pipeline, product & customer wise business development. • Should have an experience of handling partner network. DESCRIPTIONThe Worldwide Amazon Stores Inclusive eXperiences and Technology (IXT) team is seeking an experienced and influential DEI Business Partner to provide tactical and strategic DEI support in India. This IXT Business Partner will collaborate with the Leadership and PXT teams to contribute diversity perspective to business strategy and goals. Reporting to the L7 IXT Sr. Leader of India , you'll use your skills to work both across the business as well as with specific teams to help them develop and rollout innovative and impactful DEI plans. You'll partner with the business leadership team to design, coordinate, roll out and measure our DEI initiatives. You will also partner with the Amazon Inclusive Communities and Inclusive Experiences Offices to drive adoption of corporate-wide programs into our organization. You will measure and communicate results against committed DEI actions, so that we can ensure meaningful and measurable progress towards DEI and business goals.This role will plan, execute, and deliver work product in multiple formats including mechanisms and frameworks, self-service tools, in-person development activities, presentations and specific consultation based on leader need. Just as importantly, at times, you will help track and communicate results at the senior leadership level. Ability to access and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, address partner concerns, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs as they implement centralized guidance around diversity program execution is critical. You are a strategic thinker and people/program manager who can roll up their sleeves and implement at the same time.
