Supports the accomplishment of Quality, Environmental, Safety standards by verifying performance and includingtimelyreviews of plans,programs,and corrective actions. Leads the review of new product market performance and puts in place a plan to address any technical product issues and deliver business requirements. Supports the development of project management skills within the team,organization andfacilitatesto ensure thesharing of best practices. Qualification & Requirements Bachelor's degree inChemical Engineering, Food Science,Physics,or related field isrequired 4+ yearsof experiencein manufacturing engineering,in the field of product, packagingfora fast-moving consumer goods companyanddemonstraterecord of achievement in improving packaging and operations through Lean principles. Experience in PackagingR&D (Research & Development)programs from concept to commercialization. Demonstrate experience in project management,PMP (Project Management Professional)training or certification would be a plus Must haveexperience fromproductconcept to launch,using a definedNPD (New Product Development)or change management process Equipment specification, evaluation, and installation experience.
