Key job responsibilities He/she provides dedicated integration support for all types of merchants. Develops subject matter expertise in one or more payment services and handles escalations related to those services. He/she manages high severity incidents till resolution. He/she can deal with ambiguity associated with the technical requirements. (e.g., custom system integrations, token migrations, embedded customer experience). He/she understands platform architecture (at a high-level), API documentation, and troubleshooting techniques. He/she understand the risk/opportunities with various implementations and help our merchants make the right trade-offs (e.g., creation of downstream bottlenecks, managed vs. unmanaged services, etc.). He/she understand the problem, defines severity, and proposes a workaround solution during crisis times to recover transactions while still working on the end-to-end solution. He/she works very closely with Infosec and Tech team to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities. They actively execute mandates from our Infosec and tech teams to ensure we meet the payment security bar. He/she performs deep dive and conducts detailed application analysis to identify the root causes of the merchant issues and works with the internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve them. Investigates transaction-related technical issues and promptly escalates concerns to the senior integration engineers. Must be able to interact with external customers Participates in on-call duties, based on a rotational schedule, to manage incident/sev1-2 related support by coordinating with different stakeholders to unblock issues. Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2+ years overall development or technical support experience. Knowledge of XML/SOAP, web services, web application development, and industry-standard commerce systems. Recently, Gartner rated SAP Cloud Integration Suite as the "Customer Choice" for Enterprise Integration Platform as a service.The unique value proposition of the platform is to provide Out:of:the:box integrations with pre:packaged integrations from SAP and its partners to seamlessly provide A2A, B2B and B2G capabilities in cloud:to:cloud/on premise:to:cloud environments which helps in significantly reducing integration project lead times for its customers.We are looking for highly ambitious, self:driven and hands on DevelopmentExpert to join our exciting journey in building next generation CIoud Integration ServiceWHAT YOULL DO:Understand current architecture design and propose improvements/optimizations:Demonstrate excellent quality, design, development, and delivery skills working in short development and release cycles.:Drive DevOps related tasks including delivery, operations, and support of the cloud service.:Identify improvements, innovations in development and drive their implementation:Interface with customers, analyse their issues and identify development/improvement topics:Handle internal and external stakeholders' escalations:Mentor team and showcase good team player skills:Collaborate and work closely with Architects and Development Managers in SAP Business Technology Platform teams.:Work with geographically distributed teams seamlesslyWHAT YOU BRING:Must have hands on experience of at least 10:15years in designing and developing highly scalable cloud native applications using Java/J2EE stack with expertise in latest architectures/design like Domain Driven Design, Microservices, Event Driven programming among others.:You have professional experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and GIT.:Extensive experience in software engineering.:Experience contributing to system design or architecture (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems.:Have a can do attitude with Strong quality and DevOps mindset.:Willingness to "go the extra mile" to ensure the highest quality of experience for our customers.:You have familiarity with CI/CD related topics and have high level understanding of working with Jenkins pipelines.:Experience in handling cloud releases and driving process improvements in cloud delivery.:Strong analytical and problem:solving skills:Experience of working in an Agile Software development environment:Contribution to open:source community, publishing technical papers and filling patents will be an advantage.TECH YOU BRING:Hands on development experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies:Experience of working in distributed systems:Exposure to Microservices based app
